Easy Overnight Chia Pudding for One

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¾ cup low-fat milk or lactose-free milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a Mason jar or a container with a very tight seal.
  • Shake container to combine ingredients.
  • Place in refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning, top with fruit, if desired. Enjoy!
