Simple Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 7.5 ounce can salmon skin removed
  • ¼ cup plain, dry bread crumbs
  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp dried
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • Non-stick spray

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients except the nonstick spray in a medium size bowl.
  • Form four equal sized patties from mixture.
  • Place a pan over medium-high heat and spray with nonstick spray.
  • Place patties in pan and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve hot and enjoy!
