Shred fresh ginger to create 1 tsp using a micro plane or cheese grater.
Add pomegranate juice, ginger, and honey in a large jar with a secure lid (or shaker glass). Shake hard for 30 seconds.
Pour the pomegranate mixture into a pitcher and top it with sparkling water. Stir to combine.
Pour into a chilled glass and top with pomegranate arils.
