Health & Human Services
The Health and Human Services Department provides transportation services for medical, dental, mental health and vision related appointments with NHBP or outside providers.
This is open to NHBP Tribal Members and descendants. Other federally recognized Tribal Members may be eligible under specific programs on a case by case basis. HHSD Transportation Services is a last resort and requires a Certification of Need and Waiver Liability.
