The Administration Office provides assistance to our patients and administrative direction and support to all areas within the Health and Human Services Department.

Billing Inquiries

If a patient has questions concerning a bill received from an NHBP Health Facility, please call the Grand Rapids Health Facility during normal business hours.

NHBP Healthcare Program

Provides NHBP Tribal Members with a health care general welfare program. NHBP Healthcare is free to enrolled NHBP Members. To be eligible for this new program, Members must meet two requirements. 

1) Be an enrolled Member of NHBP. (At this time, NHBP Healthcare is ONLY available to enrolled Members. It is not available for non-member spouses or non-member dependents.)

2) Complete and return the application.

Assistance Applying for Federal Government Aid

Provides assistance when applying for Medicaid, social security benefits, market place insurance enrollment and disability benefits. This is open to NHBP Tribal Members and patients of the NHBP clinic.

Medical Records Requests

NHBP is able to send patient records to other providers by request. Patients have the right to receive a copy of their medical records or inspect them. In order to process medical records, the patient must be an NHBP Clinic Patient and fill out the Release of Information Form below.

Our department has 30 days to respond to your request and make your records available to you. There may be fees associated with the processing of medical records. If you have any questions, please contact the NHBP Business Office Manager.
