  • ½ cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • ½ cup ice

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Wonderful Water

We can all agree that water is the best beverage for us to be drinking, but water does more than just hydrate us. In fact, water has so many important functions in our bodies that there isn’t enough space on this page to name them all. Here are a few of the ways that water benefits our bodies. Lastly, water helps with energy levels; even slight dehydration can cause fatigue and drowsiness.
